Thank you for your interest in writing for ESTEEM magazine.  We feature articles that provide inspiration and support for our readers.  We seek articles that discuss and highlight the young urban female teen’s lifestyle and well-being. 

Give us a clear 300 word maximum outline of your story; one page is sufficient.  If you would like to submit more than one idea, write a separate query for each topic.  All manuscripts must be typed and double-spaced.  We recommend you keep a copy of your original manuscript.  We cannot be responsible for unsolicited material.  Be sure to include your name, address and daytime phone number.  Allow six to eight weeks for review.

Teens are invited to submit editorials and poems to www.esteemthemag.com.  Please use the submission form to submit your work.  For each submission, please include your name, age, e-mail address and phone number.  You may write about the topics listed in the editorial section or submit an editorial about overcoming obstacles.  Please make sure that you are able to receive e-mail from our account.

If your work is selected, you will be sent a release form through e-mail.  A parent or guardian must sign the release form.  The form states that your work will be published on the esteemthemag.com website along with the photo that you provide.  All editorials will contain your first name and the state that you live in.  We will not print your last name, e-mail address or city you live in.
